Hi, I’m Donna Marston
I’m a wife, mother of two adult sons, and a parent who knows the heartbreak of loving a child through addiction. I spent years trying to rescue, control, and protect my son — and I learned the hard way that love alone isn’t enough.
I Learned a Healthier Way to Show Up
When I hit my “enough,” I learned to set boundaries, stop unhealthy helping, and take responsibility for my own choices — without guilt or shame. This shift allowed me to reclaim my life while still loving my child.
Sharing With Out Shame Exists for Parents Like You
I guide parents who are overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure if their love is helping or hurting. Through workshops, courses, private sessions, and the Sharing Without Shame podcast, I teach parents how to stop unhealthy helping, create family agreements, and regain balance — even if their child isn’t ready to change.
You don’t have to do this alone. Your healing matters — and it starts here.
